Owner

This site is run by a private individual. For any matter, use the contact form.

What we store

For each sentence: the text, the date, the number, the price paid, the Stripe checkout session identifier, the approximate country it was sent from, a salted hash of the email address and, for 30 days, a salted hash of the IP address to prevent abuse. From the contact form: the message and, if you provide it, your email.

What we don't store

Neither your email in clear text, nor your name, nor card details. There are no user accounts.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe, which receives your email and payment details and sends you the receipt. Estela never has access to your card details. Stripe handles your data under its own privacy policy.

Cookies and tracking

Public pages use no cookies and no tracking or analytics of any kind. The only cookie on this site belongs to the private administration panel, which is not accessible to the public.

Content and licence

You are responsible for what you write. By publishing you grant a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual licence to display, reproduce and distribute the sentence, including its publication in the open archive. The sentence is shown without any of your data.

Removals

Sentences are not edited or deleted at the author's request: that is the rule of this site, and you accept it when you publish. They are only retired for breaking the rules or by legal requirement. If you believe a sentence infringes your rights, write to us through the form, stating its number.

Refunds

There are no refunds, unless publication never happens (for instance, if the site fills up before your payment is confirmed). In that case the full amount is refunded automatically.

Your rights

You may request information about the data linked to your payment, and its deletion, through the contact form. Note that a sentence, once published, is anonymous and part of the public archive.

Changes

If these terms change, the version in force will always be the one published on this page, with its date.
